Good job, I like the battery mount…KISS ! I have an old 1648 I need to get cleaned up, and do some mods too. I want to pull the 25 hp Rude & 15” transom off, and fab up a 20” transom to mount a 75 hp Stinger. I just ordered a G2 1860. It’s going to get a Johnson V-4 60 degree looper 90 hp, and a jack-plate. I bet you could have got another MPH or two without that bimini top sticking straight up.

Great looking build! I'm gonna try that JB Weld for the BILGE PUMP mount, always had issues mounting those. Keep the videos coming!

Grind a little spot down on the boat before you stick it. I had to do it twice to fix my mistake!
