These Kettlebell Snatch progressions will help you become stronger for BJJ.
The Snatch is one of our favourite exercises as ticks many boxes at once:
- Kettlebells are a super convenient training tool
- Builds greater athleticism by connecting the upper and lower body in the one movement
- Improves shoulder mobility in the overhead position
- Can easily be used for power, strength or endurance (depending on the sets, reps and weight you use)
The progressions covered in this video are:
1) Single Arm Swing
2) High Pull
3) Snatch
