These Kettlebell Snatch progressions will help you become stronger for BJJ.
The Snatch is one of our favourite exercises as ticks many boxes at once:
- Kettlebells are a super convenient training tool
- Builds greater athleticism by connecting the upper and lower body in the one movement
- Improves shoulder mobility in the overhead position
- Can easily be used for power, strength or endurance (depending on the sets, reps and weight you use)
The progressions covered in this video are:
1) Single Arm Swing
2) High Pull
3) Snatch

Thanks for the content man, i've been watching your tips through youtube, instagram and podcast and this have been helping me a lot. About the kettleblells, i want to get some to do some exercises at home, which quilos or lb do you recommend to get? i'm from brazil and here we use quilos

Hey Marcus, thanks for asking. And glad the content is helping you brother! We use kilos here in Australia too 🤙🏼. A good starting set would be one each of a 12, 16 and 20kg kettlebell.
