Welcome to Meg's Crime Watch! I'm not a #Lawyer, and I don't play one on #KZfaq! I do have degrees in #LegalStudies and #Research and I will #Search to find the #Best #Court #Cases for you!!! They won't all be #Crazy, #Wild, #Wacky tales of #Karen and #Kevin, but they all will be interesting in their own way and something you won't see on every other #LawTube channel. I will #DeepDive into the #Background and give you the #WholeStory in a way that even #JudgeJudy would #Approve of!!! I am a #Proud #MSWarrior, so there may be some #Mistakes, but we can't all be #Perfect like #JudgeBoyd! I love her, but I would rather #KeepItReal like #JudgeSimpson!!!

I'm gonna leave my original thought down there to shame me. After watching that testimony again this guy likely did things. Maybe not violence but you can do much worse with a pen. And if your curious a select few lts and CPTs we're doing this also. He'd drop a dime on a regular officer. He can get a job as a cop with a reference from someone higher up regardless of this conviction. I do. Mainly because this is typical of training. This guy's a dirt bag and the trainers I had were dirt bags aaaanndd if they could get away with it they would. It's a lot harder to get away with that than most people think. It most definitely happens just not as often as most people think.

The guys that fought I know for a fact are on juice now (there were 3, and those were the only fights i ever had in school). One has a wife that its an open secret he smacks around (not often, but that doesn't matter). The other two are guys I'm cool with, but they really shouldn't be officers. The good officers are on this line of being maybe a little more kind than i was, but still not scared to go throw paws it comes to it. I think the smaller guys are even more dangerous than the bullies..... They're just scared to death. Maybe even more scared of just not winning an altercation, and catching grief because of it. That shouldn't be the case.

Bad Correctional Officers always trigger me. My ex was a C.O. He took his anger & frustration from the job home & I was the release….that was until he beat me so badly that he dislocated both of my shoulders, 1 elbow & both knees, lacerated my liver & right kidney, fractured my jaw, broke several teeth, caused my eye to swell shut & left me with more cuts & bruises than anyone could count. But the worst part was that the trauma caused me to go into premature labor at 21 weeks 5 days pregnant, resulting in our daughter taking a single breath after birth before passing away. He said I fell down the stairs & even though I wanted justice, the police & district attorney declined to move forward, mainly because he 1) was a member of law enforcement (they literally told me so) & 2) because we met online & our relationship moved quickly so I was labeled as promiscuous & therefore not reliable. Now, I am NOT saying I hate law enforcement. I just hate the ones who think their position makes them better than any other civilian. I also think that the “professional courtesy” of backing up cops who break the law, no matter how wrong it is, needs to go away! The longer everyone turns a blind eye to those abusing their power, the longer the system stays broken. If you create, amend, uphold, enforce or protect the law, in any capacity, then you should know the law & if you break it, you should be treated more harshly & with aggravated enhancements. Criminals have more rights than innocent citizens which is absolutely insane, frustrating & sad!!!

@@jdot3345 Happy heavenly birthday to your daughter. 💖 Maybe 25 years is a lot to some, and to some others,....it's not about the time, it's about the time it takes for your heart to get through this. I truly believe that it isn't up to another person to decide how much time it takes or doesn't take for someone to deal with their trauma. That doesn't belong to anyone else but the person that is going through a situation that disrupt's a life , such as your situation. Talk about it to anyone who wants to open their heart to you, it's ok! You're entitled to that. If someone starts saying anything negative, walk away!! They do not deserve any piece of you. If you've never considered talking to a professional about this, maybe you could ? Either way...I sincerely wish you nothing but positivity in your life, you've been through a lot. Love this judge. She dumped on him like a cow in a pasture. Lying coward!!!

WOW. He’d rather have a felony for the rest of his life than go to jail for 30 days. That just shows there is more to what he did and that same curtesy will be shown if he goes to jail. What a coward

This should NEVER have even happened ONCE!! Who were his supervisors?? He should be in jail for 3 to 5 yrs. NO probation or parole. He should NEVER be allowed to work as a guard or police officer.
