We finally got the new injector seals and fit the injectors to the Massey Ferguson 135.

I swear MF135s are Frankenstein’s monsters. I have a 1968 MF135 with the Perkins 3 cyl. diesel, fuel lines don’t connect anything like that. From the tank, goes through fuel filter, then a secondary fuel filter, to the injector pump, back to the secondary fuel filter, then up to the injectors with a single line.

Perhaps there was a serial number break or a difference between the USA and British tractors.

nice clear instruction on pipe work and how to fit it number of times you find some one messed up and got it wrong

Very cool indeed, lucky break on the 230 is that the return line extends a smidge towards the cooling fan, and has a pet cock there, what a handy place for bleeding through the fuel lines. Perfect!

Which nozzle is better, the one with 1,2,3or4 holes for 135maseyfurgason?

You must use the same part number as original so you do not wash the oil from the bores.

Probably not a new idea to you but for bending pipes, brake lines, injector lines, hard fuel etc I have a few bending forks, they're just some 8mm load binding chain with one end cut off so you have a U shape welded onto a bit of 10mm round bar. One to hold the pipe still and the other to bend it. Works pretty well.

I wonder how you find spesific perts on the sparex website, I was searching on it and I couldn't find most of the parts I was looking for.

Go manufacturer , Model, type of part and keep following down. Usually 3 to 5 clicks and you are there.

Having problems with the assemble of the CAV pump it would be nice to have a complete diagram of the assembly of the '66 model pump

I see you lubricate the high pressure hose nuts as well as the nozzle holders, what is it and why do you do it? I did not see the name of the product you use when lubricating the sealant.

I use an anti sieze as I have had them that rusted that you cant get them off and wreck the pipe. I use Loctite products most times here.
