380...400 gr. flour
10 g of fresh yeast or 4 g of dry yeast
260 ml of milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
15 gr. butter
1 egg for greasing buns, sesame and poppy seeds for sprinkling
Bake the buns at 220 °C for 20 minutes . The baking time and temperature depend on the characteristics of the oven.
