I had a 2007 reflex great machine but unfortunately for somebody my size it was a little underpowered it would struggle to ride 70 on the highway all day

GoPro Hero 7 stabilization active 1080 at 30 frames per second the GoPro mic adapter attached to my camera hooked up to my helmet with a wired microphone plugged into the mic adapter and then integrated into the helmet by taking all of the stuffing out of the helmet and putting the wiring behind it figuring out the best place for the microphone mounting. It just takes time to create a good setup for your helmet also having a helmet that keeps out wind is another big plus if you buy a cheap helmet you get cheap results if you buy a good helmet you get good results

@@IFixShet Thank you for such a detailed reply 😀. I have an intercom set up in my helmet that does include a mic so perhaps I can plug them in to a mic adapter on my GoPro. I’ll give it a whirl 😀

I think you’ll find that Suzuki and not producing the 650 any longer

They stopped producing them because people kept complaining about the belt snapping and unfortunately when the belt breaks it's internal they have to rip the entire engine and transit of the bike to replace the belt and the belt alone cost $800 that's not including the $2000 they charge you to replace it Making it almost a $3000 fix any time the belt would snap. It was a bad design and unfortunately it cost them In the long run so they stopped producing the model because they didn't want to redesign the trans

@@IFixShet Maybe they can find a way where it doesn't Snap. And they will start making them again. Either make them fully automatic or a shifting scooter. That is What the problem is people beat On them and think that something isn't going to break. Things do break. What do you think

Except it does have nylon gears that's what moves the belt across.....lol would you like me to show you what happens inside the CVT I'd be more than happy to show you my teardown?

@@IFixShet Wow, yes. That would be great. The CVT is in the center of the frame and you have to remove the engine to get to the CVT. But that would be an awesome video. Those nylon gears down the side are not the CVT. They just work in place of a shaft/chain/belt to drive the rear wheel. That's why a shop charges about $3000 to replace the CVT belt. Nothing on this scoot is like any other scoot.

@@Scootphoria the reason I say six gears is because it gives you six speeds so to make it simplified for the people that don't understand it's easier just to say gears I understand that it's just moving back and forth for the belt positioning but when you're talking to someone who's never owned one it's easier just to say one through six. The nylon gears obviously are what move all the internal parts for the final drive system

Yes I am friends with Sean from srk cycle however it might outclass some bikes but definitely not in the Thousand CC range. Sean has gotten to ride one and I own one I have gone against cars with this and it does not even slightly hold up to some fast cars like my 600 street bike will. It's a quick maxi-class scooter for sure but it's nowhere near the power of any kind of real decent street bike it has explosive take off but after that it lands on its face really hard when it comes to getting to the top of the Power Band

It is executive class I don't know about a celebrity being on it though

As it should 2018 is not 2022 everything gets older and tech always gets newer but that does not change how incredible this machine is and it's design is perfection. Suzuki understood how to put 650 cc's to work and make it very aggressive like a sport bike. It is the only scooter with the low center of gravity with the handling and maneuverability in it's class. You don't always have to be a grumpy guy Colin there's a lot of fun things out there in life.
