Join me for this 30 mins Aerobics Workout & let's get our sweat and tone the arms, legs and abs! This workout combines cardio & toning bodyweight exercises that will make you break a sweat without hurting your knees. You can use this low impact cardio aerobics workout for calorie burn & full body toning.
This workout is suitable for all fitness levels! The uncomplicated moves make it easy to adjust to any fitness needs. You can scale up the intensity by adding weights or jumps, or scale it down by reducing the pace and not doing full range of motion.
This workout consists of 3 rounds that will target different parts of the body. The first round will focus on arms, the second one on legs, and the third round will target your belly fat.
The exercises in this cardio aerobics workout are designed to promote fat loss and reshape your entire body! It's a great choice if you're trying to burn arm + leg + belly fat. The workout incorporates steady-state cardio movements to keep your heart rate up and burn more calories while focusing on toning your arms, legs & abs.
After the main workout, we'll cool down with 5 minutes of low-impact cardio and some gentle stretching to help your muscles recover.
Remember to stay hydrated throughout the workout and listen to your body. If an exercise feels too difficult or causes pain, feel free to take a break or modify the move.

Yesterday I did this one, & between each round & after the third round before my cool-down, I did 2 sets of 5 modified pushups, 20 pulsing lunges on each leg, 20 jumping squats, & 25 crunches! Today I’m really feeling it! Love when you have rounds devoted to one area, really get to feel the burn❤

It's 20.44 pm in the uk. I am lates at work this week. I have just finished this workout. Absolutely brilliant for me. I am sweating like crazy and really fill I have done a workout. Unfortunately I will be eating dinners late thus week but I am determined to to this workout every day this week as I just cannot commit to 2 workouts a day. I am beyond tired. Still love this video. I got a great calorie burn and feel well exercised! I am really into these Slim Body Cardio videos lately, Thanks Burpee girl for being so inspiring. I actually miss it if I dont do one of your videos everyday. And if I need motivation to do cardio, all I have to do is watch one and soon I am up and doing it!!! Best part of my day! Also I notice that I really love when there are three rounds vs. four. I know it’s a total head game, but it feels much better after the second round to be 2/3 of the way through than only half through. Silly I know!
