Hi! I have a, maybe silly, question. Where do you assign Staff that works on more than one area. For example, my copywritter makes content for the marketing function, sales function and content function! Do I have to put her under the 3 functions or should I put her under one department?

Interesting concept but lacks implementation details. Feels like a "what without a how". For that reason, not helpful.

I should add that I'm a fan of EOS in general as being a very solid system.

Organization hierachy is the most stupid things. I used to work at architect office which has 5_6 tiers. Architectural assistant, architect, senior architect, associate, senior associate, partner, senior partner, executive partner. Once a partner got fired he became a senior architect in another company. People love hierarchy, but I think that is stupid.
