You mentioned that this works for an organization with only 1 employee, but then proceeded to outline 5 seats. Can one individual sit in more than one seat? Let's examine a small business run as a partnership. There's the S/M, OPS, and F, and atop that the Integrator followed by the Visionary. In this small business, there's only two partners, two employees, How would these 5 seats be filled then?

Yes, an individual can sit in more than one seat temporarily. It certainly isn't ideal, but we understand it must be done sometimes! We see this a lot with small companies, especially those with an established Visionary/Integrator. The more important thing is that you don't have two people sharing the same seat.
