Welcome to the first Minecraft video on the channel. Today were trying to be busting and confirming 20 Minecraft Myths to see if they are true or false. Were looking at myths like can you ride on the wither mob, are there secret Steve and Alex mobs and of course we can't forget Herobrine.

About "The cake is a lie" and other game references, the title screen quotes are tied to texture/resource packs, so I'm convinced it's not a Mandela effect and it's just related to a very popular pack such as Faithful.

I love it when you do myth videos! If you were to do another mario myth video which I highly recommend, I have one for you. In the peaches song when Bowser shouts "Peaches" repeatedly it goes to the same tune as the original mario bros super star theme. It doesn't sound exactly the same but when you set the speed to 1.5x it sounds exactly the same.

Fun fact: the aether portal is actually possible in the april fools 2023 update: the vote update. If you have a certain vote option the aether portal would be possible.

so uh fun fact about the Steve skin apparently before minecraft was created, Notch was developing a different game known as zombie town. Were well I guess you were supposed to kill "zombies" which were Minecraft Steve, I guess he decided to use as a skin for minecraft but funny thing the name actually was a joke about the character in super meat boy as Steve originally was just called "Human" So there you have it, Minecraft Steve, the character that somehow broke smash and twitter.

Chickens don't take any fall damage either, because they flap their wings to _slow_ their _fall_ hence the _slow fall_ ing potion and the _Feather Fall_ ing boots enchantment. Both are because of chickens. I know this is true because I built up to max height, put two dispensers or droppers facing down, put 1 Cat Spawn Egg in one of them and a Chicken Spawn Egg in the other. I used redstone to activate them both simultaneously and then double tapped the space key to fall down to the ground. Cat was there, chiken was still _fall_ ing and _slow_ ly at that.
