To listen to Butch talk about all the things he’s done, the people he’s worked with, and all the good friends he’s made along the way is something I never tire of. I sometimes look back and think about what the 90’s would look like had he not played the huge role he has undertaken over the years, and the accomplishments along the way. He is such a busy guy, and his dedication to the cause has left an indelible mark on music. Respect!!

Ya Butch!! Unbelievably you mentioned World Party, Goodbye Jumbo! Ya I got that record too and love it big time! Sonically killer too. So, it was the song "Way Down Now" that had pretty consistent radio play out here in Utah on what was KJQ at the time. Killer song and killer album. Great interview. I watch all Butch's interviews cuz I love to hear him talk about records and production. I love Garbage too!

How did they find Killdozer? He said Touch & Go Records… shouldn’t be a revelation to a Spin employee. Nirvana WAS an indie band, a total fluke of the industry.
