Tuart Hill has a lot of facilities located within the small suburb and is very walkable. It is a family friendly area with a variety of housing choices and schools within the suburb.

As always, great videos. Is it possible to get a look at Greenfields near Mandurah? We are moving to south Perth in Aug and trying to find out which areas we will rent and then buy in.
