This suburb is still affordable and is located next to suburbs where it's common for houses to sell for over $1M.

Will add Floreat to the list. If you don't live close to the coast then it's probably better to drive to the beach.

There is still quite a few Social Housing in Nollamara. I recently moved into a 1 bedroom unit in Feb of this year. I agree the shopping area is a bit iffy and need of a major upgrade. Prefer to go to Mirrabooka Square down the road.
