Let’s target the legs and butt, and tackle cellulite. This workout has 2 intense rounds. Be sure to stretch after the exercises and aim for 3 times per week for best results. Workout breakdown:
Round 1: Pointed Toe Leg Lifts
Round 2: Flexed Foot Leg Lifts

Wow! I LOVE this 🌈 exercise, it WORKS😂 I stumbled upon you Josie, in May and have NOT MISSED A DAY of doing your exercises since May 10th 2020!! I ALWAYS do 100reps as a base then add on inner thighs/ anti cellulite and now rainbow legs and chair squats! Sooo amazing. I was going for 30 consecutive days, then 60 then 100( I’m almost on 80days ) but I now know when I reach 100 days I will just continue to exercise EVERYDAY, no breaks! Thanks again for keeping it so real and being soo inspiring. (I’ve shared you with my girlfriends and we all agree it’s soo important to have such an inspiring “sister” that we can aspire too!) Hi Josie! Love this targeted workout. Can you add videos that target all the same areas with resistance bands? I just bought some and wanted to see how you would incorporate in inner thighs, butt, hamstrings etc...

Grand Rising sis..I have been practicing over a week your exercises and have seen a difference. When the student is ready to learn the teacher will show up!HalleluYAH-many to choose from..YOU were chosen out of all videos. THE time was yesterday to get our bodies in order to clean our temples.
