I did the exercises once a day (I may have done it twice a day 3 or 4 times). But I think they worked for me and my legs still appear to be getting smoother. Just try and stay consistent!

This is absolutely ridiculous- I swear to God!! I've spent so much money on emtome & emscupt and still struggle with cellulite & strength. Now mind you - I'm not saying those procedures don't work but it cost a lot of money & I haven't done those in about a year. This routine right here is just as effective & bc I'm doing the work in the comfort of my own home, seeing results...and FREE I am addicted!! Thank you so much for this! Posting a review after 2 months again. My thighs and glutes have actually slimmed down and it looks in great shape. From fat to fit, I love my transformation. I've also been following the lower ab exercises and it feels so good on my abs and has shown a change too. Thank you Josie again. @@HelloJosieLiz She is a natural beauty thanks for the upload. I have been using garlic tea and dropped 20 pounds in 3 months. Boil water and add garlic and drink as a tea daily ny 6pm. Garlic kills the bacteria in the body and reduces fat content.

I am disabled so struggle to do a lot of exercise but out of ALL the workouts I've seen even though yours still make us work they feel a bit more gentle and less prone to causing injury - also love the fact you do a warm up too - thank you so much! Yes I actually started to see results after about 2 months when I finally stated getting serious with her exercise. At 1st I was doing it about 2 times a week and then stop. Lol. But then after I started noticing a small difference, I got serious for about a month straight and I started to see results. I had a little cellulite on the back of my legs. Its all gone and looks very toned. I also changed my diet. No fried foods, no sugars, no bread. Mainly grilled chicken, fish and turkey. Vegetables and fruit and i cheated with eating cereal sometimes like Cheerios. Lol

I absolutely love this video I've only done it twice but will definitely incorporating it into my routine ! Your personality and expressive energy helped push me through it .Just when I was about to give up you laughed and made me smile and kept me going. I hate when you try to do a at home video and they jump from.one thing to another without explaining the move or positioning but this was really easy to follow with clear instructions and no commerical posing or outfits ! These exercises are actually quite fun. 😀 I'm going to do them every day for 4 wks. I'll update on the results at the end of each week. 💪😊 Day 1 ✔ Day 2 ✔ Day 3 ✔ Day 4 ✔ Day 5 ✔ Day 6 Skipped because my legs were really sore. Day 7 ✔ Update: Honestly my legs look a little smoother already. 🤔I also noticed my buttocks got tighter. 😁 Day 8 ✔ Day 9 ✔ Day 10 ✔ Day 11 ✔ Day 12 Skipped due to a knee injury. Day 13 Same as above ⬆️ Day 14 ✔ Update: I noticed my hamstrings are much tighter. I haven't seen anymore improvement on my cellulite but to be fair I did skip 2 days. My glutes and outer thighs are tighter as well. However, my inner thighs remain the same. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Day 15 ✔ Day 16 ✔ Day 17 ✔ Day 18 Skipped due to the same knee injury. Being consistent is so important. I enjoy this easy exercises. It does help in toning of my lower body. Been just two weeks and I see and feel that difference. Being a foodie, diet is something I can't do and I'm glad I chose to stick to this as a part of my exercises. Thank you Josie

OMG! I love it! JL girl...this is amazing. I've been looking soooooo long for a sensible workout to get rid of cellulite...people keep saying it can't be done, butt 😁 I have a good feeling about this. Girl I want legs like yours!
