I made this today, and it was absolutely delicious! A few tips: -Since I don't have a thermometer, I just heated the cream + water in a saucepan on high for abt 1-2 min. basically when you touch it, should be hot, but not enough to burn your finger. -I used ap flour (ik that it's not shown on the screen what flour you use but you're supposed to use 200g bread flour) -When I kneaded the dough using ap flour, it looked like I over kneaded (the gluten was breaking apart and there were big gaps in my dough) but it all worked out in the end (i kneaded for about 9 min.) -my dough was not nearly as sticky after i added the butter (i added about 10 extra grams of butter - i used 40) - after adding the butter, I kneaded for about 10 min. but I added the butter about 15 grams at a time (15,15, and 10 in 3 installments- kneading until the dough was pretty smooth in between each installment of butter) -after adding butter, my dough kinda broke apart (it wasn't sticky, it just kinda looked like when you make pat a choux, and you add in the egg. so like before the dough comes together, it breaks off into clumps). - I let this do it's final poof (in the rolled form) for closer to 50 min. -it was 85 degrees out today, so I only poofed this (before it was rolled out and it was still in one giant ball) for about 55 min. The recipe doesn't tell you how long it takes before your dough doubles in size so I just let it go for about 1 hour. if your place is colder, then I would say 1.5 - 2.5 hours -the yeast wasn't specified but I used instant yeast. If using active dry, you need to dissolve them first (about 10 min in the hot cream + water before pouring). if using instant, just add it the way shown in the vid. - brush on the egg wash. It might seem like it's a waste of egg, but it makes it look SO much better. it prevents the top from being burnt and gives it a beautiful golden color. (I brushed on a lot of egg wash, like 2 coatings- so make sure that the 1st coating dries, which is abt 30 secs or so before adding coating #2. my rolls turned out more golden brown than a darker brown like the one shown in the video).
Cooking and baking is all about patience and u have mastered it. Thank u.

Thankyou for the recipe 🥰🥰my bread so yummy and very soft but I put litle more flour😁
Hello Hida Mari, I tried your recipes turned out very good i.e. strawberry muffins, chocolate cake. Today i tried this recipe with exact measurements but the dough was very liquidy then i somehow managed by adding more flour but i did not get the appropriate texture. I think this recipe is technical need more elaboration. And guide us to handle the dough properly. I follow you i find your recipes intereseting. Looking foward to your tips to handle naughty dough. Thanks
