Butterscotch Sauce recipe:
white sugar/ Brown sugar -1/2 cup ( 100 g)
Butter-1/4 cup (60 g)
Heavy cream/ Whipping cream-1/2 cup ( 120 ml)
Salt-1/4 teaspoon
Vanilla essence-1/2 teaspoon
Note:
Butter and cream should be at room temperature.

Keep it refrigerated. Can store upto 6 weeks. Mentioned in the video. At room temperature: 1-2 days.

actually, this is the caramel sauce. Butterscotch is made with brown sugar and caramel with white sugar.
