ingredients:
All purpose flour/ Plain flour-1&1/4 cup (165g)
Salt-1/8 teaspoon
Baking powder-1 teaspoon
Baking soda-1/4 teaspoon
Butter-115 g ( At room temperature)
Brown sugar-3/4 cup (150g)
powder it using a grinder. it can be replaced with same amount of white sugar.
Egg -2 ( at room temperature)
Vanilla essence-1 teaspoon
Milk-100ml ( At room temperature)
Frosting:
whipping cream-1&1/2 cup

This recipe won't require buttermilk. But if you want you can replace the milk with buttermilk.
