@FoodandArmwrestling First long video about my way of portion steak to save money and trips to do groceries, $8,59/lb when buy in bulk, $11,99/lb when cut by the butcher.
I changed my diet into (carnivore ) consuming more meat about 2 months to help me recover quicker and get strong. It is an experiment on my body to test it ability to adapt.

Since you're changing your diet for better recovery, here's a hint. Canola oil has a lot of inflammatory properties. Enjoyed your video.

Thanks for the tip ! 🙌 I use vegetable and canola oil to cook everyday ! Red meat has a lot of creatine that also helps the body speed up the healing process !💪
