An Evo IV GSR. That is epic cool. One of the rarities of the Lancer Evo gens and also is legal in the U.S. since its past the 25 year rule.

I owned one and have extensive experience working on them. Most lancer interior and exterior parts fit. Oem lancer ck2a, ck4a and ck1a doors, fenders and outside trim pieces will fit. Cm2a and cm5a rear diff and axles fit if you are doing an ayc delete That one is missing the lower front lip for the bumper

The windshield and the moldings you can get from a 4 door 97-02 mirage. Its literally the same for those parts. Trust me. I live in Puerto Rico and we know Mitsubishi's. We have an Evo 5 with a 6G75 swap and turbo. Its amazing. Find the vid on youtube DIPR (Drive In Puerto Rico)V6 mirage.

Welcome to the older Evo club. Check out Ross sport out of the UK for those roof trims you said were faded. While most parts from the 5/6 and some from the 7/8/9 bolt up directly, there are several distinct differences. Not sure if you already have, but you should ask the seller if the motor is stock. If it is the general recommendation is to replace it with an Evo 5-8 motor. The thrust bearings are different and the IV suffered from crank walk really easily.

Wouldn't it just be simpler to use the roof trim and windshield out of a 97 Mitsubishi Mirage that was readily availible in the US? I'd say a local glass shop should have the windshield availible for the Mirage.

Correct. I actually had a sheet with all the 63t code prefixes for all the evo models. Basically you want a 63t that starts safely from late X Or to be even safer, A.

shipping from rosssport is extremely expensive to the US.you can still get the drip moldings from US mitsu dealers.

I have a fully built 600hp Evo5 as my daily in Central America, and it is by far my favorite car that i own…topping 3 STi’s that i own in the states. Enjoy!! This will probably become your new favorite once you get it road worthy. Get some brembos on that thing asap.
