while we bought AC from showroom they told AC installation is free but they covered the charges in other way, 1. Insulation tap - 180 2.Extra hole (drill) - 350/hole. the worst think is the technician was not even aware the options in the remote

@@botkillergamingtamil731 I understand installation is delegated to different team however charging 350 extra per hole is not sure whether it's acceptable. Because when they say installation it should be the full installation at the site besides they shouldn't cheat customers saying the extra insulation tap is must and the worst thing is he don't know any technical things about AC (I am just asking about available different cooling modes in ac/remote but he doesn't know anything. I'm ok that I can search for the same in KZfaq or through some other resources but what if there are elderly people at home who are asking how to use remote and he's behaving like this so that's what my concern )
