Healthy brown barley bread...for fitness, for diabetics, and to prevent diseases of the heart, arteries, and digestive system
the components:
4 cups barley flour (barley flour)
A tablespoon of yeast (one packet of yeast)
A teaspoon of sugar (optional, you can omit it just to help the yeast)
A tablespoon of salt
Two tablespoons of oil
