300克 高筋麵粉 / 300g bread flour
150毫升 牛奶 / 150ml milk
40克 糖 /40g sugar
1顆 雞蛋 /one egg
3克 速發酵母 /3g instant yeast
3克 鹽 /3g salt
28克 無鹽奶油 /28g unsalted butter
10克 有鹽奶油 /10g salted butter
些許 雞蛋液 /a little egg liquid
內餡材料
些許 肉鬆 /a little Pork Floss
些許 蔥花 /a little Spring Onion

Can I ask why there is no first time fermentation for the dough, is it because of the many times of rolling and shaping , so it doesn’t matter. I mean 第一次發酵?

Bake at 170°C for 22 minutes.

Google to get the measurement in cup but we all prefer in gms as more accurate especially flour. 1 cup for is 128 gm flour.
