Is it important that the letter theVA sends you says VA HAS NO EVIDENCE THAT THE VETERAN IS CAPABLE OF TAKING CARE OF MONEY .

If you are 100% P&T will applying for aid and attendance trigger new C&P exams or is the doctor's letter enough?

Great question. If you apply forA&A, the VA will usually schedule this exam irrespective of the doctor’s letter you provide. The VA likes to use its own examiners. 99% of the time it will not trigger a C&P exam for a specific condition; rather, the VA will usually only schedule an aid and attendance examination. With this in mind, usually your evaluations are safe from a potential reduction proposal because of a bad exam report. Obviously, there’s a chance of something unfavorable happening anytime a veteran asks the VA to take action in their case. This is unfortunate. However, there’s little to be concerned with in that regard when applying for A&A. We hope this helps. Good luck!
