Cabbage with eggs is better than meat in this easy way! Simple and delicious breakfast or dinner recipe! Today I am preparing for you a delicious recipe. This is a spicy, healthy cabbage and eggs recipe called chakchoukah. Tunisian pepper stew with poached eggs but In this version, cabbage is substituted for some of the peppers in the traditional version. Try this easy and delicious breakfast or dinner recipe for eggs and cabbage! This dish is both healthy and satisfying, and perfect for starting your day off right. INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
Pinch of salt
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
3 garlic cloves
1 small cabbage
1 serrano chile or jalapeño
14.5 oz / 411g chopped tomatoes with juice
6 eggs
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
Salt, Pepper to taste
fresh parsley or cilantro

I just made sliced up, sauté cabbage, onion, and potatoes and fried them or sauté them in butter a little bit of butter and oil first I boiled the cabbage that’s the secret. That’s the only way you should be eating cabbage. I’ll try this cabbage and eggs, I’ll give you a try.
