INGREDIENTS AND RECIPE:
1 kg cabbage/35 oz. (cut)
1 onion (cut)
1 carrot (grate on a coarse grater)
Pour olive oil into the pan
(Fry onions and carrots until half cooked)
(Fry the cabbage for 7 minutes)
Salt to taste
black pepper to taste
smoked paprika powder to taste
4 eggs
Seasoning for vegetables
(Beat the eggs well)
1 bunch of parsley
(Add parsley to egg)
green onion (add to egg)
(Then mix everything with fried cabbage!)
2 tablespoons flour.
Place the parchment on the roasting pan
olive oil
Fry the prepared mixture over low heat for 7 minutes
then turn over using a plate (see video)
Fry on the other side for 7 minutes
