Bro. You are a lifesaver. I was all loaded up for a gig and thought I was done. Went back in for a coffee and to watch this and you reminded me I had forgotten some wire mgmt hardware. (Totally unrelated to what you are showing tho). Thx again

Great topic Brian. If you like the truss 'look' like I do instead of the frosted white plastic behind the truss I have used matt black acrylic sheets but cut perfectly to size for gigs that don't require white everywhere (I also have a white set for weddings etc). This has two benefits it hides the majority of your cables and equipment and it highlights the silver of the truss. I had a matt black vinyl sticker made around 50 x 50cm but instead of the sticker being my name I had my name cut out of the large square and once stuck onto a 50 x 50cm piece of frosted acrylic when lit from behind no light leaked at all except through my name as intended. By the way I got all my acrylic sheets and vinyl stickers off eBay and they weren't expensive at all. Took a bit of work with the jigsaw and drill to get holes in all the right places but it looks fantastic now. Keep up the great work pal.

Great tip. I just bought a set of 100 bungee balls for under $16 on ebay. Thanks for the tip. Now I just need the table.

Thanks for your videos as always. Your videos are excellent. I just bought an Equinox Truss Booth which is very similar and overcame the cable management issues using a mixture of bungy ties like you suggested but on the back vertical bars nearest you rather than on the front customer / crowd facing side. To get the cables to the back corner I used some self adhesive stick on cable hooks and ran them diagonally from the cable hole to each back corner and then down each vertical support bar. I just leave my cable ties attached so it's even quicker to untie and tie around cables coming down each bar during setup. They come in all sizes and marterial types. Mine were £1 $1.50 for 10 so I bought 4 packs in case any break. I added some modified polystyrene sheet around them to protect them in transit. I will take a photo and post it here. This is the perfect tidy solution and is quicker to setup than messing around with velcro and cable ties.

Awesome!! I've been looking for videos for how to hide cables with this table. I'm getting a frosted acrylic sign made as an upgrade from the original one it came with. I'll definitely try this tip for the wedding that I have next month!

I buy ADJ velcro straps. They are huge, expensive but very capable for all types of use.

Where would you put your surge protector/power strip on the table or on the floor?

Good idea with the bungee balls. I use that same on my goal post truss setup. What do you think of the ADJ Event Table II? I just saw it today.

Looks like the ii splits in half on the front so that it can pack up smaller. I've seen a video of one in the UK that does this. I was a little disappointed when I couldn't put my turntables and 12" mixer on this table while the components are still in their cases. It's just a few inches from being wide enough.

Yes, the UK Equinox version comes in 2 pieces. Makes it much more compact for storage and transport. The 2 front sections just slot together. Super easy setup.

I'm also running into trouble trying to purchase the aluminum corner shelf for my Pro Event Table.

It would of been good to see the actual setup with equipment and working so you can see all the cords going into the back of the mixer and pocket pros. But some nice simple fixes for dangling wires
