Thanks for sharing. It is always great for people to see what a CNC machine is capable of. When possible, we like to encourage our clients to visit our site for a tour. This way they can see what we actually do and ask any questions in person.

That chunk was well off centre going in... looked like an off-square bandsaw cut... Tbe carbide drill being used offset as a boring bar was nice.... 🤔 😎👍☘️🍺

Meanwhile, I am on a Traub TND 360 with a TX-8 control and a Hermle 1200 which at least can do colours besides green. Anyway, is it getting the 0 point automatically or is that still fully manual? I also hate 42CrMo4 especially the QT stuff, kills my plates one after another.

Almost every WFL has a probe, so it can do the zeropoint automatically. What's the problem with 42CrMo4? Sure about the right grade on Insert?

제발 부탁이요 3Dcad cam 없이 그냥 도면만 인식시키면 가공되게좀 만드시요 시대가 어느시댄데 아직도 cad cam을 사용한단말이요 기계는 무진장 좋아지는데 프로그래잉 발전속도는 걷고잇는듯 분발들하시요

Holy some of those tools were being pushed to the limits.....that tool holder was burnt brown.....probably titanium but still

It's this fancy new shit, brand new, only availabe since some 30 years or so. Called a shrink fit chuck. The chuck is heated and expands due to the heat. The tool is put in, chuck is cooled down and shrinks again. And the result is, your chuck is brown, but the tool is held in place rock solid with minimal runout.
