Doc Rivers would get another chance before Monty Williams. If he's not fired this year it would take a herculean effort to turn this team around.

I agree with most of what you said, they do need a wing that is consistent, Burks and Knox and livers are supposed to fill that role but none are consistent, and they definitely need a backup rim protector, When Duren is out the game it really shows, but I don’t think this roster is trash, they have a lot of good young talent the roster just needs to be tweaked a bit..
