@@tjustasaracing8590 Actually I love Magnas for they incorporate V4 sporty performance into a cruiser style. I currently have a half dozen bikes (a Bimmer, a Guzzi, a Goldwing...) but I've always owned a Magna since 1983 (currently I have a 2000). However, what you've done is transformed it into a totally new creature that albeit looking different, has kept the sport/cruiser combo intact! great job

HI very cool build, I have the same bike and chopped the rear frame like you have too. I have concern about the way you mounted the shock to the swing arm. The factory metal is relatively thin but welded together with a strong design despite the metal being so thin. How did you come to the conclusion that this was a viably safe route to mount the shock? No hate! I'm genuinely curious....Also what shocks are those? I have one to use off a cb1000 crotch rocket and wondering if I may need to order an additional shock. I'm impressed with the exhaust design and sure you adjusted the jets properly, very cool. Are the air filters for show? haha
@tjustasaracing85905 жыл бұрын
Mr. Matt hi i made a bracket that fits betwen the Two pipes on the svingarm and weld it arond it bekome wery strong the shock i have came from a600cc. I am shore you can use that shock you have wish you good luck with your built
@MrMatt-df9th5 жыл бұрын
Tjustasa Racing, I see clearly now, thanks for reply! My build will be similar to yours except I cannot mold a body & seat as you have. I used a plush saddle seat. I did a bobber but with a mono shock. Your content has given me great insight and helped with preplanning my own build. I cant wait to replace the ugly heavy factory exhaust box.

So I have to ask. How many crotch rockets have you pissed off with that beautiful bike you built? I used to have a V65 Sabre and I never get anything like that to it to Latin it and it was an incredibly fast bike even weighing in at 550 lb. And I made so many crotch rockets and Harley's so sick to their stomachs when I would blow their windshields off flying buy them at better than 150. miles an hour. So I can only imagine how many upset little 20-somethings on there Craigslist crotch rockets there are when you're on the road on that beautiful bike. Seriously fantastic work I always wondered what my V65 Sabre would look like as a cafe racer now I know
