Cake that melts in your mouth! NO SUGAR OR FLOUR! Mascarpone chocolate cake

This is the most melt-in-the-mouth cake I have ever eaten! My kids love it! It's a cake we like to make on weekends. Chocolate and mascarpone cake without flour or sugar! Quick and easy recipe! Good tasting !
Ingredients :
250g mascarpone
3 eggs
1/2 banana or 1 whole banana
40 g starch of your choice
200g dark chocolate
A few chocolate chips
1 - The mascarpone can be replaced by Skyr or Greek yogurt.
2 - The banana can be replaced by 90 g of applesauce or sugar of your choice or maple syrup for example.
3 - I use Arrow root starch.

Ficou magnifico Katy! Mas como não tinha mascarpone, substitui por cream chees e um pouco de creme fresco e atwndendo ao gosto latino, coloquei 90g de açúcar😏. A superfície ficou com umas elevações, acho que pelo creme ter fervido no forno. Mas igualmente ficou lindo e delicioso!! Merci!!!!❤❤❤
