Honestly this style is so similar to what was popular in South Africa and probably still is (I left 5 years ago so not sure if they still build these). It’s that fake Tuscan look. My mum actually live in a house very much like this one.

A mudroom is usually a room between the garage and hallway leading to the main part of the house. It can be a laundry area, a bench with seating and storage, or just a "hallway/room". A fancy word for "area for your shoes and stuff that normally would live in a closet". This build reminds me of Air BnBs you can rent in SoCal. Ugh!! Been dying for a vaca, but can't go so I'm vaca-ing through Sims 😩😩😩

I love love love your builds the way you use tool is SOOO creative and cool!! In florida this kind of Mediterranean/spanish inspired construction is really common too. It's definitely because Florida used to be part of Spanish colonial rule just like California and the US southwest and the Philippines!

this build is beautiful! I love all the details on the inside as well as the outside. Having a yet-to-be renovated kitchen with fancy appliances like that fridge is so realistic! you're so amazing at capturing the irl design trends of the places you're inspired by

Me again: split mind on the showing house at beginning vs end…. I can understand putting it at the beginning because as you said folks don’t always stay till end (guilty in some cases), but then if at the beginning there’s no incentive to stay to see finished product so - I don’t know🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I agree with you on how awful the bills are - it makes using the eco friendly items that are supposed to save you money in from the Eco Living pack pretty much useless (I.e. the amount your bills would be reduced by using the water generating device is completely offset by the actual value of the object so your bills aren’t reduced at all.)

I kind of despise this style of houses but the way you managed to make it look so realistic I really love this! Sometimes ugly is beautiful you know.. :D it's also fun to build grungy apartments that look like they've never been renovated. ;) I always watch your videos to the end, they're so well made! Congrats on getting to work on the newest pack, can't wait to see the build videos! 😘💚

Hi! I play on ps4 and I usually type “bb.move objects on” before placing the lot. Haven’t had any issues so far. I LOVE all freezer bunny’s builds!

The reshade is a bit too much - makes it look slightly too foggy. It's not bad bad, but it's a bit straining on the eyes, since I get the urge to squint a lot because of it.
