Sugar, food, and caffeine may help. Sometimes you brain confuses hunger, low blood sugar, and fatigue as a desire for nicotine. Also if you fuck up, forgive yourself, and immediately quit again. When I quit I had a pocket full of jolly ranchers. You can replace the candy wth protein drinks later and after that you can replace the drinks with real food. I'm not an expert in brain chemistry, but spiking blood sugar or high protein meals helps starve off addiction.

Thank you for being real and putting it out there, Wes. Word is Law. I see the Word in these situations is these guys opting out of being a solid Brick in the Wall for being a broken, rotten Brick and weaken the Wall itself. If you don't tend to the Wall, it falls. I am starting to remember and realize too that militant and compassionate together is and has always been and will always be the way to go, otherwise you've got no foundation and no direction and you're bound to fall. Again, thank you Wes. I hope you keep pumpin it out and never stop getting stronger.

The chance to re-offend is very high because of this.

This is so crazy how you’ve come to the exact conclusion Jordan Peterson has come to. He got there through life as well but also intellectually and it’s awesome to see you in a completely different world and environment come to the same realization; being truly good is only possible when you are capable of evil. Most people don’t rob banks because they know they can’t get away with it, not bc they’re good and choose not to. Great stuff, Wes Watson.

I have a problem of getting defensive when I think someone is trying to be a dick or act like I don’t know something that I do. It’s like he’s in a complete flow state where his thoughts and knowledge are just pouring out of him without any type of filter or second thoughts of “should I say this” or “how are people going to react to this?” It takes true self acceptance to be able to share all the personal life stories like Wes does, that’s one of the things I respect the most about him.

Harsh reality realising you've bitched out you're full life. I'm 23 I'm from the UK I spent 2 years in prison (HMYOI polmont) in Scotland. I've always been that guy who's been trying to impress the wrong people. Always been that guy that had peoples back even though they never done anything for me besides stab me in the back time after time and I've always forgave them for it. Always using harsh times in life for an excuse to drink never really owning up to any of my actions. This year has been an eye opener for me though. My health was going down hill I ended up in hospital 5 times going through mad amounts of depression, wanting to end my own life and all they cunts I thought were there for me was no where to be seen. I dont associate with any of they bitches any more, I dont even talk to them. I'm now focusing on making myself a better person, working out more regularly than I ever have and my lifes been so much better lately. No going back, I'm leveling up all the time now and it's great. Big respect wes.

Respect. 23 is a volatile yet pivotal time in a man's life. Make logical, well thought out decisions and you'll be alright. The vision gets clearer towards the end of the 20s did for me anyway.
