Does calisthenics and bodyweight training carry over to ninja warrior and obstacle course racing (OCR)? In this episode of A Movement Made Journey, we are trying out Europes biggest ninja warrior gym. We try out some of the crazy ninja warrior obstacles and have loads of fun in Overground gym in Basel, Switzerland.
