This is really interesting because before I got into calisthenics 2020, I wanted to do parkour, tricking and free running. Maybe one day. I still find it fascinating and a beautiful way of expressing yourself with just the world and it’s creations.

Back when I was playing Tomb Raider 1 and my father leaned over my shoulders, commenting that Laras movement capabilities were unrealistic, I could have used this so much to prove him wrong. 😊 Respect to you all!

damn he is insane for someone who just started doing parkour, his movment didnt feel choppy or jagged it was all just so smooth and he had pretty good foot placement spacial awareness etc good stuff.
