I would love to hear an episode on the spiritual practices you do, bc I agree with you! I feel like I was once very in my spiritual era and I had a different energy that was very light and soft and now I’m not as focused so I wanna get back into that too

wow. I feel like every episode you make is like a piece that has been missing and that has been on my mind.
