You remind me of my grandma.. not in looks but in heart..once she was washing the neighbors windows at age 90. My mother asked her what she was doing..my grandmother said the neighbor was old and she wanted to help....meanwhile the neighbor was like 70..lol. a giving heart. She lived till 98. A wonderful Christian, like yourself.

This made me laugh. Such a wonderful memory! My dad is over 80 and still works as an electrician, 5 days a week, running his own business, just got a puppy, etc. Hes a ball of energy and so helpful! His mom was the same, lived to 100!

Love that soft pink dress on you! I wish my 82 year old mother would be open to letting me clean her house for her, but she's too embarrassed to let me. She needs it badly, though. I think this is a wonderful way to minister to your Granny previously and to your Mom presently. 😇

Oh Nikki, my heart warmed seeing you schedule cleaning your mom’s house! In our place, it’s pretty inexpensive to hire someone to clean but seeing you personally do it inspired me so much to do it as well. There’s something so wonderful about us doing it ourselves for our mothers! Your purses are so pretty and I was having a hard time sleeping last night thinking of the purses I’m going to buy very soon! Everything you have is so pretty, urrrgh!! 😂 My home is starting to look lovely as well (thanks to you!) and now will be working on my purse and everything that goes in it! Laughed so hard at the windy day comment. Sometimes wearing skirts requires skills! I've been known to walk outside and feel the wind and walk right back in to switch to a denim skirt or other heavy material. Your comment on the "filth" at your mothers home rang so true with me. I cannot say how many times I have went to use the bathroom at my mothers and ended up cleaning the bathtub or the entire room. I just can't leave it for her to take care of when I know its so much easier for me to clean it. I love your realism in all your videos. So many people don't and it just makes your character shine through.

Dear Nikki... You made something ordinary into a beautiful video. Cleaning out your handbag and seeing you caring for each item. I love that! Cleaning your moms house and I laughed at the filthy statement! Cleaning your car was really good and encouraging as well. The music was lovely with it all. My husband has to use our only vehicle to carry his work supplies in now and it can get so overwhelming I stopped trying to keep in nice. I do make it a habit to empty my purse and clean it out. I usually go outside to get the little stuff out but I use a hand held vacuum to make sure it’s clean. I have lots of Grandkids stuff usually being held in my purse 😘

Check with your Dr., but aspirin works better on a headache than Advil and it doesn't give a rebound headache. I am prone to all types of headaches too.

Hi Nikki, I've been following you for a few months now and I love you and your channel! I was so tickled when I found out you live in Las Vegas since I'm from Las Vegas. I now live in Texas. Just want to let you know that I use a swifter duster with the long handle for above the doors and windows and ceiling fans. It works so great. I think it's the swiffer 360 duster and it keeps pretty good for a while until you deep clean and want to get up there with a towel. Blessings! Ebani 😊❤️

I know exactly what you mean regarding how hard it is to clean the dust off of the door jams, windows and moulding! I have found it is easier for me to dry dust it first so that my rag doesn't smear the dirt on the wall, etc. and then go over it with a damp rag. ❤️

Hi Nikki, What a lovely video full of inspiration. I like to tuck my driver’s license and credit card between my iPhone & case; no issue with the magnetic strip. Isn’t it a great feeling to swipe above the trim on doors, closets and windows? Love eliminating that dust then turning on the air purifier to catch any stray dust. Thanks for sharing today. I couldn't believe it either and for $9! I have talked about practicing before. That's the only way to get better at it. We don't write enough these days. Journaling has really been helpful for me.

Love everything! I am on the hunt for winter boots to wear with dresses. I love how you keep to pale neutrals. What shoes do you wear in the winter? I suppose they are mild where you live. Also, do you match your purse to your shoes? I found some brown shoes but I’m wondering if I want to look for shoes in shoes a softer color, which I do prefer. Thank you!!

I guess I do match my shoes and purse because they are blush and I really stick with that. My ballerinas are pretty much all I wear these days, even in the winter for everyday wear. When I have worn booties or boots, I prefer the lighter colors. I hope you can find what you love and want to wear!

Thank you kindly! I'm not Catholic, I belong to the Church of Christ and wear the name "Christian". It's not a part of any denomination though, it's the church Christ spoke of in the Bible.
