Our yoga nidra practice opens our neuroception to be grounded in the present moment, to be more regulated, calm and spacious. By gently moving our awareness around our body, we anchor in the present moment and create a sense of calm and presence.
In this calming Vagus Nerve Yoga Nidra practice, we invite deep relaxation. As I guide your awareness through your body, I invite a profound sense of stillness to envelop you. Breath awareness and practice will regulate your vagus nerve. With each breath, we nurture connection to the present moment, fostering a sanctuary of peace within ourselves.
Through this practice, we cultivate a harmonious balance between body, mind, and spirit, tapping into the healing power of the vagus nerve to restore inner calm.

That was beautiful, Melissa! I am. in a kundalini awakening process and today I felt very nervous and off balance. My skin was tingley and my insides felt wired. I am still affected but much calmer. I am appreciative of your generous heart in providing this Yoga Nidra....it popped up into my youtube feed as I was looking for something that might calm me down. I have been struggling with digestive issues and increasing anxiety lately before finally deciding to quit wheat gluten foods. Thank you for helping me relax and repair my vagus nerve and it's connection between my gut and brain.

If you create any content without background sounds, would love to subscribe to your channel. Unfortunately for people with noise sensitivity, the high-pitched, pingy sounds are quite jarring, but your voice is very soothing ❤ Would love to share any 'voice only' content with people in my support group (people living with ME/CFS) who desperately need help with hyper-sensitive nervous system issues ❤ Keep up your wonderful work xo
