I find tht is difficult to express emotions, as it comes and goes. Some days when I'm struggling with overwhelm feelings, now I learn to slow down, take deep breath and accept the feelings, it got better slowly. I used to experienced disassociation with feelings, a habit which means to avoid feelings due to some past. My mental health took a great toil, it's really complex sometimes. I find this new genre LoFi music is serene and healing. Thank You Noetic for the music you've created.

This channel is great for those nights where thoughts go buzzing through your head. I’ve had relationship problems all my life and this is the bast way for me to just let it go for a bit or to help me cry when i need to. It can be difficult to let my emotions show. Thank you again NEOTIC

During the pandemic it's felt like all we have left to lean on sometimes is family, but there are times when even family isn't around when you most need their support. These mixes help me breath during those times. It's tough going it alone. Here's to better relationships and better days.
