Not sure how this plays. I had a "summons" for council tax. Started on my evidence ( very strong and basically wiped the floor with the council).. Legal adv told magistrates to change to JR..Then they ran out of the room. Is it it up to me to chase, as defendant, with no verdict at all, or up to council to chase as they want a conviction ( fat chance) ??

Hi If you have to go through all internal complaints procedures and ombudsman first how can you not go past the 3 months deadline for Judicial Review?
