Suggestion: Hey, have you thought about turning the back lawn into an additional rye grass area? You could remove the poa with a plugger and replace it with rye plugs from the back. I really dislike poa, it always makes me want to redo everything. 😂😂😂. Or you can use test pots

You should use the catcher on your swardman, to stop spreading the poa even more. You have to stress it out… less water, less fert… helps the prograss ec work much better. Or start hand weeding the poa

Yo, buddy. Have you tried adding a liquid fertilizer to the prograss treatment to see if it tricks the poa into absorbing it better? If not, maybe try the sponge method where u just run glyphosate over the poa with the wet sponge without having to spray the surrounding grass?… I know it’ll be tedious but maybe that would works best if the prograss just won’t kill it. Also, where can I purchase a weber.

You should consider getting a RING doorbell camera or some kinda camera in the front, that way you can see exactly who it is with the dog and thus, rightfully blame the correct ppl..... it sucks worst when you don't know the source of your troubles....

I've seen poa come up on a freshly prepared lawn area. I never saw this at all on any other lawn area last year. Its fairly formidable and theres a fair bit of it but to be honest I don't think it looks that bad.

Something that helped me with dogs pooping in my lawn was putting bits of orange peels in the spot where they liked to shit.. they haven’t pooped there in ~3 months

I personally have cameras. 3 in the front, one on each side, 2 for the back. Every time someone is on my property, I file it on my server. This way I can keep track of all the trespassers. I confront every single one of those dog peers. If they apologize, nothing happens. If they are jerks, I trespass them. The lawn and upkeep costs way too much for their dog(s) to be peeing on it. Plus, Pops and you have worked too hard in life to have someone disrespect your property. Hopefully it’s just the phantom pooper and not one of your neighbors.
