Creole Afro New Orleanian here and we use celery green,bell bepper, yellow onion and we call it the holy trinity 🤗🖐🏾🙋🏾‍♀️

Yess this green spices mix is a must for fish. I always put them in the ice-cube trays , freeze and transfer to a ziplock. Much easier to use the tiny cubes . Much love
