hi doctor, im 22 and after several times of bleeding and pain episodes i went to a specialist. the main thing i wanted to know from them was if i had hemorrhoids. after checking they denied that i had any symptoms related to them. after that i asked them what those “extra skin” around my anus was he said it seemed more like a birth mark rather than anything suspicious and said they are pretty normal. he gave me dietary fiber supplement (psyllogel) some sort of sticks with juice that would help my internal vascular area (emorsan) and additionally a gel to apply both internally and externally cause i said i had some sort of itch even if i washed myself (emortrofine). as usual he suggested more water, fibers and physical activity. he said that my “medicines” were to help me in this moment of difficulty but my body should work perfectly fine on its own after im done with em. i was more calm but still afraid a bit. i dont bleed anymore but i can still notice the inside of my anus looking kind of weird, as if it was swollen still. my question is could internal small cut be the only reason? are there any other harmless causes for bleeding that don’t involve hemorrhoids? thank you a lot for a response

I have hemorrhoids that prolapse after a bowel movement, which requires me to poke and prod them back into place with a digit while in the bath tube and one hemorrhoid that is starting to bleed substantially during every bowel movement that I have. I would like to avoid the hemorrhoidectomy if I can to avoid nerve damage and loss of integument. Is there a way to attack hemorrhoids by sclerosing the hemorrhoids by injection or by internal ligation while pulling out the damaged blood vessels to minimize any discomfort associated with hemorrhoidectomy in a similar way surgeons re-section intestine when sections become diseased? In regard to what causes hemorrhoids, I have an answer to that question. In my case I strain a lot while having bowel movements. As a matter of fact I have been known to strain so hard that I have felt my neck blood vessels bulge, as well as blood vessels in my head. In my case, I am surprised that I have not popped a few vessels in my brain I strain so hard.

Doctor I have been following your channel for 8 yrs! But since 12-Nov, I am freaked out again. I had a thrombus external hemorrhoid about 8 yrs ago after I drank lots of alcohol and ate spicy food. It was about a kidney bean size but Not too painful not too itchy, I was freaked out, start drank herbal tea and used onitment( contains GTN that can widen veins, also cause headache). It took over a month to shrink and disappear. After that I start looking after more on anorectal health, for example water cleaning after bowl movement, eating light and avoid drink too much. But after 8 years, I suddenly noticed that it comes back again( kidney bean size,I guessed the reason was due to I sat too long for driving and work, lack of sleep and not had enough water and vege. initially I drank herbal tea and adjust my dietary, my poop is ok and smoothly so far. So not painful and itchy. Then I went to see doctor and he gave me the same GTN onitment( called rectogesic) and told me I should not be anxious. I am just bwondering, will that shrink and disappear? I don’t want to carry that for the rest of my life!Please do reply me, I am so upset about this. Btw I am 32 yrs old now and male.

Hello doctor, thanks for your information. My brother is suffering from grade 2 hemmorhoids diagnosed recently. He was given medication like laxatives and varicose vein tablets something and he's feeling good after a week. Medication is given for a month. My question is he's normal and happy now but it will reoccur once the medication is over or he will be fine like normal? Also he's given laxatives for a month will it be addictive or its ok taking for a month? Thank you

He should take good care of hemorrhoids to prevent another flare. I would discuss his laxative with his physician. it depends on which one.

Hello doc. I have been bleeding rectally off and on for 6 years. It has caused my ferritin levels to drop. I've had 2 endoscopy, 3 colonoscopy by 3 seperate drs. I have also seen 2 colorectal drs and 2 other GI drs. All have said I have grade 1 internal hemorrhoids and i should be bleeding the way I am but I also am not getting answers of why or where im bleeding from. Please help. I am having a hard time keeping my iron up as I seem to bleed more when i take supplements like magnesium, iron, vit c, vit d, and anything to help my colon ( like miralax, senna ect.). Any suggestions? Thank you

Doc please make time to help me on this. I had the rubber band surgery in October this year. I've gone through all the pain but now I still see a prolapse anytime I visit the showroom I have to push it back. The doctor told me it will go back by itself overtime but it's been about 2 months time and the thing is still there. Please what can I do?

My doc did an anoscope and describe hemorrhoids to me like a scab. It can heal but you can pull that scab off with one bad poop. It sucks

I've read many times that hemorrhoids, if you acquired them during pregnancy, dissapear on their own after birthgiving. How does that happen if its true that once you "pissed your hemorrhoids off", thats irreversible.

How can you tell the difference between Hemorrhoids and Rectal Prolapse? I don’t have any bleeding and I have a bump split down the middle that comes out of my anus when I go to the bathroom, but it goes back in shortly afterward. Is it Grade 2 hemorrhoids or rectal prolapse. My family also has a history of hemorrhoids if that helps.

@@agtv7368 that local powder is magic no doubt, decresed the problem up to 70 percent, but still, what i understand till now is...... there is automatically 2 ways body do poty, one is internal pressure and other is outer, only when outer pressure is there.... ballon came, DO NOT LET THAT BALLON CHOKE ON OUTER RING, when ring closes, use finger to push it back, eat that powder, and for rest of everything read tatvaar sutra or karma law or jainism karma therory just once.

Hello Doctor. I am 27 years old male. I think I have grade 2 hemorrhoid. I don't know is it hemorrhoid or rectal prolapse. I was worried more than 2 weeks thinking that it's rectal prolapse but after watching several videos of grade 2 hemorrhoid, i felt that mine might also be a hemorrhoid. I feel little relief but not sure. I have no symptoms like bleeding, itching or any kind of discomfort. It's just pops out of my anus when I strain during pooping. And go back if I stop straining. I don't feel any pain either. I am just worried. Can you tell me what is this?. There are no specialists around my place. I live in rural area.

@@saimahye3682 Breakfast - 2 or 3 fried eggs (nothing more) OR a cup of All-Bran with milk (nothing more) it's either/OR. Lunch: Smoothie: Cup of cultured milk (Kerfer), C. of milk, juice or water, C. of Blueberries (also optional 1/2 ripe bannana, add two tsp of probiotic powdered fiber. (nothing more). Dinner: a slab of Alaska Wild-caught salmon, (Nothing more) In between snacks include: Garlic stuffed green olives or raw carrots or celery stalks or cheese or (not recommended) popcorn. Take a good probiotic... I take a 50 billion!

Good day Dr Chung, I need your advice. I have been struggling with hemorroids for more than 1,5 year now. I have had two rounds with rubber band litigations (3 bands each time), and I also had to remove a polypp after the last treatment. The doctor said that he didn’t want to cut or do any more ‘back there’ when I was there in march/april this year. He said it was better to let the behind rest. He also recommended some Inotyol cream after each BM to ease the discomfort. It is better now than it was a year ago and I have about 60% good days and 40% not so good days… not directly painfull but bothersome on bad days. When I feel back there with my finger it doesn’t feel like they are so big, but there are some small ‘bulges’ sometimes. I find working out, beeing careful what I eat and not sitting for to long works ok. It is quite tiresome having to be ‘on guard’ all the time. And the moment I get lazy ‘the guys’ get mad. Ocassionally I use Scheriproct, but I’m very careful with that due to risk of atrophy. What should I do? Should I ask for a HAL-RAR procedure? More detailed examination? Could it be that the problem is not roids but something else? Fissure? If it was cancer I’m sure I would have had lots of other symptoms (and I know that the chances of it beeing cancer are slim, but you start to wonder after a while). … well,at least I know where the saying ‘pain in the butt’ comes from. :-P Thank you for a great channel! Doctor,, i recently applied for military officer and got rejected for hemorrhoid in medical test.. I can feel it.. It comes outside and visible..also it goes inside automatically.. But i never ever faced any bleeding or pain there.. The question is how can i make it dissapear 100% or that much invisable so that the military doctors will allow me?
