We promote through Instagram with our homemade foods, we attend free business networking events throughput our city, have conversations wherever we go, and no we have hired a business consultant who has a team of people that will assist us with marketing.

How do you make a nutritional value label when you only have the ingredients list with no amounts?. I do freeze dried food and I was able to use the program no problem with my meals but the candy is a different thing because I don't have the amounts per ingredient. Please help

what I don't get is how we actually come up with the nutritional info. - like how the hell do we know how much protein is in an egg vs how much fat and sugars etc. ? is it like an acid test? or like a microscope thing? or what? like how do we know how much of each thing is in each food...

What if you are adding pre made store bought items? For example, I want to make freeze dried treats. If I wanted to simply use just the item, like an ice cream bar, I would just use the manufacturers nutritional labeling but what if I want to add in fruit for making banana split bites? I need to add to the nutritional values.

you can use any name brand item as an ingredient but you will need to know the portions your using.

juice would be the same simply list all ingred: and make sure the juice is being made in a commercial kitchen almost all states wont allow juice due to the processing
