You are doing amazing! Congratulations! I started my channel back up in September 2023 and I'm just now hitting 428 subscribers. It's been a long tough road. I will say I have learned a lot with making videos, editing, posting, analytics and SEO. My goal was to get to a thousand subscribers by the end of this year, but sooner would be better as I just lost my job on April 30th due to the company closing. I worked at home. No one wants to hire a 59-year-old woman. I just keep getting no's. I have wanted to quit my KZfaq channel so many times and I am struggling right now, but you give me the inspiration to keep going and pushing through. I hope you meet your goal, but I'm sure you'll have no problem! ❤

I can see the improvement in your technical skills in each video in this playlist. Keep up the great work, and I hope you get to 50K subscribers by the summer! In case you are curious about who all your new subscribers are, I'll tell you a bit about me. I'm also an introverted GenXer, I'm very close to retirement (next month!), and I like to garden and travel and I love my pets. I'm not solo, but I could be silver if I ever wean myself off hair color. My husband started a KZfaq channel about 2 years ago and enjoys it, and I've been dithering about whether to start one myself. Your videos are very inspiring! 😺

My thoughts on why last week resonated; your expertise in living alone and coping with the issues involved in living alone is needed by those who find themselves alone after years of being with a partner or contemplating being alone soon. My brother recently lost his live-in partner of over 20 years and he is constantly calling wanting to know how to do basic household things that I take for granted but now realize that he doesn't know how to take care of because he's never had to do it on his own.

This is incredible. I wish it was just about consistnecy, watching youtube videos about growing a channel, and trying to get a little better every time. Because I've been doing these things for 3 years. I'm not giving up, and I know I'll get there. I need 600 watch hours, and you've given me hope that it can happen, sometimes quickly.
