I think the simplicity of it is that you are a spirit and you are not your body. The body is a separate thing. You have to consider what is best for the body and keep the spirit, you out of the solution. If the body is a carnivore feed it appropriately.

I have an A+ blood type and generally do well with meat, but I also enjoy fruits and vegetables. However, after eliminating fruits and vegetables from my diet, I feel significantly better. This makes me question the validity of the blood type diet. Additionally, while women typically don't respond as well to meat, they tend to need fats more than men do.

Hi Dr. Chaffee I first found out about you and your channel from my Cousin and about the carnivore dite and the community in November last year. I posted this on another video so I am gonna resend it here to today's video. But Before I post that about my grams, I am on carnivore, but I have injuries in my neck and arms from a previous job, its alot of inflammation in primarily the muscle in the left shoulder and the side wrapping around under my armpit goes down to my left bicep and tingling down to my fingers, definitely have heat and tingling, in my left arm. My neck has tight knots of muscle just below pressure points, and I have alot of pain from the work I did. I have been eating beef daily since November. and then in the evening i either have a chicken leg quarter with some organic mixed veggies, but i am changing that, to Shrimp. so if I don't have a leg quarter I have a piece of Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon, with Shrimp. I use some sugar free bbq sauce for marinade sometimes, but most of the time I marinade with Lemons, Iodized Salt. And Organic Black Peppercorn. So What type of things should I add or stop eating or change? I am open to any suggestions. My inflammation from my injury was awful in November.So I know and see obviously carnivore has made me well to a point and very sharp mentally. So Thank-you very much. I usually buy a 1 to 2 Chuck Rolls a month from Costco and go thru about 10 oz per meal. I have steak and eggs in the morning, and Shrimp and Salmon for dinner. I also went from 290 in November to actually 230 but I am fluctuating between 240 to 250 without exercise's, as I am not burning more calories than I am taking in. I now just need to start hitting the gym to work out some. injuries and start ton continue to lose weight. So beef has helped the healing but I've been a a stagnant stage of healing I realized that 90 days ago. Now I will post about my grandma. Hi Dr Chaffee. Not sure if I finished my lst comment so I will try again. So my grams has been Diagnosed with Alzheimer's in March, but my explanation will be short. MY grams is stubborn. What kind of diet would help her? has dentures, with Alzheimer's she is Bi Polar, Manic Depressant, High Anxiety, with Thyroid issue and her legs are weak. From Sitting alot. I believe it can work for grams if she would just hear that this what a doctor recommends or suggest to eat, and or any advice about supplements, to see what her grand kids have been trying to get her to do the same thing as us which is eating carnivore and what ever else you could recommend. Thank's for any suggestion's you have I will try to get her to eat what is recommended. Grams is 87 and close to average weight, but she does have swelled legs and feet, which has slowly gone down, I don't know what t o do about that I am her oldest grandson 46.
@timothybierl2746
@timothybierl2746 Ай бұрын

Also make sure you eat fatty red meat. No chicken. The brain needs the fat. Slow cook chuck steak until tender or high fat ground beef. Dr Chaffee has interviewed Hal Cranmer re Alzheimer's and how a patient in his nursing home reversed it.
@trmj4445
@trmj4445 Ай бұрын
@@timothybierl2746 so your saying lemons are killing us? Grams has been impossible to convince she needs to eat beef. And I use organic black peppercorn. So your saying that's killing us too? I know that I've heard not you but Dr Chaffee go into detail of what plants are doing to us but he has specifically in the community talked about what plant and what causes and effect they have. I've not once heard him mention lemon. It is kind of boring diet but my family like flavor so it's the simplist flavor I can come up with being that I am diabetic and dad is hypoglycemic, so the b,b,q, sauce is organic and it's also sugar free. I will consider not using it as it is I don't use it often. But just salt and water hmm no. I've cut everything else out of my diet, only consists of spring water, beef, egg, Wild Caught Fish and wild caught Shrimp. And sometimes chicken leg quarter. With shrimp. And I have to eat on a Budget. So I don't always get to afford pasture raises eggs some times I have to buy 5 dozen white eggs to make sure there is enough for my dad and mom and I. And usually 1 chuck roll a month, and either 1 to 3, 5 pounders of Deals, I can't buy grass fed beef in a 15 pound package here because most stores don't carry it. And it is scarce to find it bigger than a pound or two. And that gets expensive at 10.99 a pound. So grams isn't eating carnivore yet, hopefully I can get her to eat it for dinner as I just put some on in the crock pots.

I know it’s uncommon but would love to hear your thoughts on gastroparesis. I’ve been 100% strict carnivore for a month & so many health issues have cleared up except that. Mine developed after having a child (13 yrs ago). Of course conventional wisdom says to eat low fat, soft or even liquid foods, & several meals a day; however, I feel better eating one large meal a day just before noon. Even if it’s a ribeye, as long as it’s at least 7 or 8 hrs before I go to bed, my stomach is ok. But if I have even an egg any closer to bedtime, I will have nausea when I lay down. Since I’ve had so many miraculous health improvements in only one month on carnivore, I’m hoping this too will heal itself🤞🏽

After searching the internet for answers to "the healthiest diet possible", I've come to the conclusion that you want to keep your...how to say...your body frequency as high as possible to keep yourself as far away from any disease as possible. You don't want to eat or consume anything that weakens your body's vibration. Everything in this universe is made of energy (everything you hear, see or touch), and the food you consume directly affects your frequency level, and I don't mean food as energy here, but the energy that you are made of. It's something much deeper, something you've probably never heard of. Here's someone's longer answer about how eating meat, for example, contributes to the development of all forms of cancer and at the same time even being packed with nutrients. "Yes, sure, eating meat lowers body vibration first, then in time brings down also soul vibration it’s that simple, it’s only the basic physics of Creation. I experienced this directly as lots of other advanced seekers. Eating meat means first killing and then eating corpses of other animals as also human bodies are actually. Since you are destroying and eating creatures that are at the same body level vibration as you are (mammals) that proves to Creation that even if you meditate and even lecture others about spirituality and preach Unity, at least concerning facts you do exactly the opposite, it’s that simple. Facts are much more powerful in Creation than words, like “Humans have higher consciousness than animals and is our right to kill and eat them!” Are you sure? Are you dead sure? Or you are sure just because religion told you so? :) We must understand that a soul (who’s just awareness and no energy at all) needs to use an energy instrument (a body) on a planet (whose body is also energy obviously) to be able to interact around with other energies (nature, other people, animals, etc). Thus, that soul is able to gather life experiences and fulfills his life plan (destiny) as best as it can. Throughout a life, the mind&body complex that a soul uses gathers the energies he/she collects from around through life experiences by using his free will. After tenths of years of usage, the body gets imprinted with these energies and hence carries the average energy level as a result of his demeanor. If this energy vibration he collected in his body is higher than the average for humanity then his soul vibration might also increase; if the collected energies are lower as vibration (as it generally happens on this planet :) ) then it pulls down also the soul vibration. It’s the basic Physics of Creation, it’s a very simple automatic mechanism actually built into Creation. If you want to eat something and didn’t become a breatharian (living just on prana with no food or water), the rule of thumb in Creation for this matter is to eat always food that is much lower in vibration than your body vibration; generally, organisms with less body organization complexity have lower vibration. For instance, a fish is much less complex than a chicken (bird), and a chicken is less complex than a cow (mammal). Animal bodies including humans have on average 3.5D vibration (D-vibration dimension, or chakra scale), where eating red meat (e.g. beef, pork, sheep etc) has the most negative impact, while white meat (eg chicken, turkey) a lower negative impact, and eating seafood (eg fish, shells) even a lower negative impact; so if you can’t give up meat at least try to eat only fish and shells and the like. Speaking of the sea, beware not to eat dolphins or whales, or other sea mammals' meat, that would be disastrous. Plants are even lower as vibration on the chakras scale in the 2D vibration range, where the descending order of negative impact is vegetables, fruits, and greens (e.g. salad). Minerals are even lower as vibration in the 1D vibration, and they also have in their range a hierarchy, but it’s not relevant for this subject. The above considerations refer actually to a food vibration chart that I researched, that one can use to find his way toward a more enlightened diet, see here Food and substances affecting negatively the most a body's vibe (in decreasing order) are: • Drugs, alcohol, hallucinogens (LSD, DMT, heroine, etc.) • Red meat (mammals, e.g., beef, pork, sheep) • White meat (e.g., chicken, poultry) • Fish, seafood • Root vegetables • Vegetables • Fruits • Greens (e.g., salad) END OF COMMENT.

1. Native Americans, some of the most spiritual people on earth, ate buffalo. 2. I first heard of this meat = low vibration stuff from David Icke. He's a vegetarian, have you seen the belly on him? No thanks.
