When I was a little kid, I would say my name in my mind over and over till it would become just another word. Then I would ask myself in my mind who am I? Who am I? Who are you? then I would suddenly freak myself out. I turned 40 this year, who am I? I am named after a thought and was conceived as a thought. I was raised with a thought and now here I am STILL thinking of a thought that actually makes sense of this thought.

Dear Benjamin... also try the youtube channel for Jason Gregory. He articulates Zen and Hindu teachings in a very practical and useable way. I've found it useful to listen to a little bit daily, just to allow me to resonate with the Universe, rather than feeling myself in opposition to it. Sending you a hug.

We are sparks placed here for a brief moment to accumulate light and warmth (love) so that we can become as bright of a star as we can be...shining in heaven (joy, beauty and harmony). Good (god) knows every star by name. This is accomplished by appreciating this paradise planet lifeboat and the miraculous works of fine art called "life" that inhabit it. If we extinguish our light and warmth (love) with "greed" and it's ignorance (hate)...we become the darkness and emptiness that surrounds the stars. A very cold, dark, lonely, desolate place to be...for eternity.

I have to admit there is an ironic nature this I have for some reason for the last few days or even weeks have been trying to seek something I don't know what I guess just one of those moments where I just don't know like I've been trying to figure out the universe has been trying to message and I think the answer is yes but you are the universe in the universe you you don't need to know all the answers just experience it and I find it funny whenever I have an issue Alan watts he usually comes up or one way or another my answer or something to help me understand comes in my algorithm on KZfaq I've gotten so used to still trying to find an answer to something even when I'm just trying to just concentrate on what's here now and that I'm taking away from it by thinking to the future or to the past

Thing is life is never about what we know. It is ruled by the moments we call time . We are liken too dogs being dragged along on a walk ...we would not chose for our self by connection to a lead round our neck .... There is no need to be profound the things that everyone really missed is their experience of being self . It may feel good or bad ....you decide . Love the ideas you have of you.

I think I was Alan Watts in my last life. As children we both asked all the same questions. And I, at a very young age, came up with my own ideas about consciousness and existence that turned out to be the same as eastern philosophy, without ever being exposed to it . My parents tried raising me catholic.
