Emerald Powers will save you a lot of time in these bosses, a shame I don't see a lot of people use them

The problem is the long invulnerability frames bosses have when you hit them wasting how much time you have for each emerald power

@SonicTheCutehog I would say the only boss where I found that to be an issue is Sand Sactuary. Other bosses with the optimal use of the powers I was able to take down usually within 3 cycles which I think is also the norm for majority of the classic titles as well.

ppl doesn't use it much because of how easy they are to forget i am at the final boss of of the normal story and in my whole gameplay i barely used the emerald powers idk but they are just so easy to forget

Maybe keep remembering the attacks, and maybe it will be that easy, or avoid his smash attacks at the end of the second phase.

@@yggdrasilsaltarExactly. It's not THAT hard, it's just so tediously long and getting hit with any of the cheap surprise attacks sets you back all the way, which frustrates the player and makes them jumpy during retries. It's artificial "challenge" through annoyance and boredom.

The final boss was 100% made for co op play in the first phase. The second however not so much.

Ok, so i recommended this back at your “where did BillehBawb go” video so im gonna recommend this again. Since origins added Knuckles to Sonic cd could you try doing a no left or right challange with knuckles(i attempted this myself and i got 3 right presses and 4 left presses)

For the Ivy Emerald, the emerald IS on a set path, so after a while I wondered, "Huh. What if I...go backwards to get the emerald?" It worked. I was shocked. For future playthroughs, it's a game changer.

Final boss in main story doesnt drag on, you guys just never use emerald powers. Even without them it doesnt take long. Edit: 5:00 yes, your meant to get ahead of it by going left to catch it, otherwise this emerald is near impossible.

It's a slow boss that you have to wait for and if you die, are sent back to the very beginning with some attacks that you have literally no warning of on your first try. That boss sucked

Also billehbawb there is a secret boss fight but you have to play trip story which is basically hard mode and plus the final boss in trip story takes an hour just to defeat so do you want show that you are a sonic pro also missed Easter egg in pinball act 2 which makes it more scary and tails doll hidden in the pinball act

Next time try beating sonic superstars without taking a shit 1:32 also yeah it actually changes SO YOU CAN FIGHT METAL SONIC IN THAT BOSSFIGHT Apso YEAH that was the end you can even see it in the shootem up lvl where you use the egg pod but theres also a blue one a wayyy bigger end is he the beginning or sth
