What might be a really interesting idea is to see how much you can get from presents to decorate a house. Because sometimes you do get really good items through gifts. Sometimes it's just like a toy though lol Edit: it kinda looks like that's what Simsie ended up doing lmao

at the park if someone grills you can "make into sack lunch" then "put in inventory" or just drag to your sim's inventory. then take them home you might be able to refrigerate not 100% sure. been saved many a time by random townies grilling lol. it might be a bug they patched out tho 🤷‍♀️.
