Thanks a ton bro... It worked like magic..❤️❤️ I used my local toothpaste with a thin cloth and rubbed the watch for around 5 minutes; with forceful friction that almost made my fingertips warm.. Washed it afterwards and it looked like brand new..☺️👌

Depends a lot on the watch. Some are easy to remove and some are a pain.

It should not damage it. It is not an exact time, as it depends on the initial condition.
